On February 5, the Georgetown DMV Service Center experienced a significant water main break. Due to flooding impacts, the Georgetown DMV Service Center will remain closed to the public until further notice. 

 

DC DMV's services will remain available at our other locations, online and via our mobile app.

DC DMV Inspection Station Begins Fall/Winter Hours September 4

Starting Tuesday, September 4, 2018, the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles (DC DMV) Inspection Station, will begin its fall/winter operating hours as follows:

Tuesday:        7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Wednesday:  8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Thursday:      7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday:            7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Saturday:       7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The Inspection Station, located at 1001 Half Street, SW, is closed on Sunday and Monday.
